CREDITCHECK acts exclusively as a technological intermediary that facilitates the connection between Users and Partners. CREDITCHECK is not a credit institution, financial credit establishment, real estate credit intermediary, investment services firm or any other type of regulated financial entity.

CREDITCHECK does not grant loans nor act as a financial entity. CREDITCHECK does not provide financial, credit or mortgage advisory services.

The contractual financing relationship, if any, will be established directly between the User and the corresponding Partner, without any intervention by CREDITCHECK in its terms, conditions or execution.

Financing decisions are the exclusive responsibility of the collaborating entities, financial institutions (partners). CREDITCHECK does not guarantee that the User will obtain financing, nor that the Partners will contact the User or offer specific conditions. The decision to grant or deny any financial product is exclusively the Partner's.

CREDITCHECK is not responsible for the conditions, terms, fees or any other aspect of the financial products that Partners may offer to the User. The User must independently review and accept the terms and conditions of any financial product they decide to contract with a Partner.

General Conditions

These General Conditions regulate access to and use of the CREDITCHECK website. Any person accessing this website agrees to be bound by the General Conditions in force at any given time without reservation. If you do not agree with any of the conditions contained in this Legal Notice, you must stop using this website.

CREDITCHECK reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, these General Conditions or the Terms of Use that may be established at any time in relation to specific content.

Terms of Use

Using the Service to obtain financing offers without a genuine intention to contract, or for fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content, intellectual and industrial property rights of this website are the exclusive property of CREDITCHECK. Including but not limited to, texts, graphics, images, design, source code, logos, trademarks and other distinctive signs, are the property of CREDITCHECK or third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights. CREDITCHECK grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these terms. The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of all or part of the contents of the Website for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited without the express written authorisation of CREDITCHECK.

However, if the User has the status of consumer, the applicable regulations shall apply.
